Like a needle lost in a mountain of hay, so has the essence of Christianity been lost in the West. Yet in these dark ages, God is calling us to a fierce and shattering revolution of selfless love.
Come explore how we Western Christians have strayed from the path Jesus clearly taught, and the reality of following the unsafe Jesus into the life we were meant to live.

SET APARTA learning experience for living together an authentic Christianity
Sutton, Québec
NEW DATE: 8-week exploration. Beginning Saturday May 16, 2009.
On-site 1 week and 7-week virtual ending July 7, 2009.

Join us in SET APART as we pull aside from the rat-race of life to explore the ancient paths trodden by Christ, by John the Baptist, by early Christians, by the desert Fathers, and by powerful contemporary disciples of Christ. You have everything to lose and intimacy with Christ to gain. Are you ready for reality?
SET APART is a learning experience for living together an authentic Christianity where young people who desire to respond to the radical call of Christ can explore doing life differently! Perhaps more like Jesus' Sermon on the Mount and less like the world. In SET APART, there will be a forum for study, prayer and discussion of Christian practices that have been largely forgotten by Western Christians. It is an opportunity to practice and experience first-hand the power of fasting, prayer, solitude and silence in your search for greater intimacy with our Lord, Jesus Christ. It is moving from an event-centered Christianity to a lifestyle-centered Christianity. It is potentially the beginning of a whole new way of life, a whole new realm of love. A realm for the ordinary radicals, Kingdom-activists, undercover-hermits and revolutionary lovers of God :-) (click here for the details)

Tipping the Scales in Québec
With Hany Soryal, and Lovers of God
For the QJTM outreach this summer 2008 in Québec City

We are on a divine appointment to make history. There are times where God calls us to step in and make "His-story". This summer is one of those times.
Two years ago, about 3,200 people throughout Québec were touched by the love of God through the Québec Je t'aime festival. This summer, the festival is returning to Québec City for the city's 400-year anniversary. This is a strategic time and the Lord has granted us a strategic location. We are looking for revolutionary Lovers of God to join us as we re-present God to a people who are hungry to know Him. (click here to read the whole article)

A year and half ago, a friend had a dream in which she saw Lovers of God and the Québec Je t'aime team parade into Chateau Jacques Cartier dressed in peasant farming clothes. There was a spirit of celebration as we gathered in anticipation of the harvest we were about to bring in.
Check this out! Lovers of God just received a permit to set up the Québec Je t'aime Outreach Festival this summer (June 15 to June 22, 2008) in Parc Cartier-Brébeuf, the national historic site where Jacques Cartier spent his first winter in Québec. This is no co-incidence! We are appointed to harvest in the ripe field that is Québec.
Now it is the time to put on our "farmer" clothes and go out--for the harvest is ripe.
Location: Parc Cartier-Brébeuf National Historic Site

www.iFORGIVE.ca NO FUTURE WITHOUT FORGIVENESS
www.iFORGIVE.ca is a new initiative of Lovers of God, an interdenominational, ecumenical community of followers of Jesus.
The goal of this site is to provide a platform for you to express forgiveness to the Catholic Church, her clergy and her people.
By extending your forgiveness, you help prepare the way for God to work mightily in Canada, in Quebec and in your own life.
In response to his recent public statement, our intent is to present the responses of forgiveness received through the site to Cardinal Marc Ouellet, Archbishop of Quebec and Primate of Canada.

This is an Emergency!A call to join a battle for our Canada.
The call is great. The youth are in crisis. We must stand up now and fight for the glorious future that God has promised us, otherwise, our youth and our nation will be lost forever.
God is looking for people who are willing to be hinges upon whom He can turn Canada back to Him. Do we love Him enough to pay the price?
Location: Lift Jesus Higher in the City Church Building at the corner of Durocher and Carillon (155 Carillon) in Vanier, Ottawa
Date: Thursday, September 6, 2007
Time: 7:30 PM
Guest Speaker: Hany Soryal, Lovers of God

Oh Canada!Toronto, ON
Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship (TACF)
June 28 - July 1st, 2007
www.tacf.org
Hany will be participating as a guest speaker at the Oh Canada Conference. This conference will be a very unique conference at TACF! Canada as a nation has a prophetic purpose and God has begun to reveal part of what that is over the years. On Canada Day weekend (June 28-July 1st, 2007) we are inviting intercessors, prophets, worshippers and people who have Canada on their heart to gather.
Our purpose is to seek to hear from God what He wants to say to Canada.
While we have invited specific Canadian leaders to be present, we haven't and won't put together a speaking schedule. The format will be determined by God as it happens. We expect that God will give guidance as to what needs to be said, by whom, and when. This is a free event (offerings only) and open to all.
“I believe this is a very strategic move at this time to have many Canadian leaders gather with no agenda in order to hear the Lord in the place where the Father choose to pour out His love and touch millions from around the globe. I sense it will be a key time where will go beyond mere revelation into His heartbeat for His Canada. Your prayers and support are greatly appreciated during this weekend. I hope to see you there” - Hany

HEARTBEAT for 2007
Prophetic Bulletin
![]()
Year 2007 is a time when a burning passion for Jesus, a passionate love that will be considered extreme even to many Christians, will be the only thing that brings us into the fullness of God's will and purposes for the advancement of his kingdom. We are seeing that, increasingly, Christians are falling into worldly mindsets. But God is calling us to press in even further to His heart, for only a holy obsession with Jesus will carry us victoriously through the extreme circumstances and persecutions that are approaching.
Now more than ever, we need a clear vision and understanding of our high calling and destiny. We must understand the timing of God and know what should be done in order to take responsibility for our individual spiritual destiny and the destiny of our provinces and nation.

No more “same old thing...”
A word for British Columbia
God is using drastic means to get
through to us. The recent series of
wild winter storms, especially the
phenomenal January 5th storm in
southern BC, is a sign with a message.
It is God's way of saying, “May I have
your attention please!?!” And now
that He has our attention, it is urgent
that we understand what He is saying.

Prophetic Conference:
QUEBEC: HER DESTINY
Rekindling Our Revolutionary Heart
May 11 to 13, 2006
Montreal, Quebec
(A bilingual event)

You believe Jesus.
You have faith for Quebec.
You have a holy dissatisfaction with the status quo.
You have a revolution in your heart.
A revolution takes place when a people rise up and say "enough is enough" in the face of oppressive forces in their land; when people resolve to make their dream come true even if they have to die for it; when they are willing to lay their lives down for their dream so that even if they don't see it come to pass, their children will. A revolution takes place when a people believes that the impossible is just a prayer away; when they trust that what they hope for is just beyond sight; when their vision of freedom cannot be quenched-no matter how intense the opposition.

Report of Quebec City QUEBEC JE T'AIME festival
The response to the festival in Quebec was overwhelmingly positive! One woman said she was drawn down into the park because she could sense the love! Visitors--believers and otherwise-- raved about "The Experience", many with tears in their eyes. "I wish I could sit in that womb every day for half an hour" was heard more than once. As were the comments "That felt really good," and "Wow, that was so beautiful. I wish there was more." One woman said that it was the first time in her life that she had experienced the tenderness and love that she never felt as the 12th twelfth child in a large family. She sensed a deep healing in her heart.

The Vision
QUEBEC JE T'AIME is a team of Quebecois artists, artisans and creative people who have in common a passion for Jesus Christ, and a deep longing to see their people re-embrace God in all his majesty and splendour. We are not merely Christian artists (Christians who create art). We are Kingdom artists; followers of Jesus who have submitted their skills to the purposes of God for the furtherance of His Kingdom.

The History
Forty years ago, a revolution took place in the heart of Canada. During a six year period from 1960 to 1966, while the Baby Boomer generation was at its peak, Quebec underwent huge socioeconomic change which came to be known as the "Quiet Revolution." A key part of this revolution took place at the spiritual level and was the spear-head of a massive change in the spiritual destiny of Quebec and Canada. It was a revolution of the heart.
